JoySpring Therapy is mindfulness-based relational therapy that focuses on helping clients to tap into joy that is always present within them, regardless of the conditions of their lives. I welcome all clients, but am particularly curious about empowering women around issues of identity/individuation, self-esteem/self-empowerment, relationships, work/life balance, spiritual growth, and life transition.
